rezoning property located east of North Tenth Street and north of Park Avenue from District
to District C-2; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time
when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and adopted
by Section 29-4 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A TRACT OF LAND THAT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
12, TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, COLUMBIA, BOONE COUNTY,
MISSOURI; BEING PART OF LOT 2 HARBISONS ADDITION AND COLT RAILROAD
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1775 AT PAGE 572 OF THE
RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, THENCE S16°5700E,
147.90 FEET ALONG THE WESTERN LINE; THENCE S60°4700E, 56.07 TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING; THENCE N64°010E, 168.30 FEET; THENCE N80°4725E, 44.98
THENCE S10°4735W, 8.48 FEET; THENCE S54°0320W, 4.01 FEET; THENCE
S16°5335E, 74.04 FEET; THENCE ALONG A NON-TANGENT 414.53-FOOT RADIUS
CURVE TO THE RIGHT, 53.71 FEET, SAID CURVE HAVING A CHORD S45°2330W,

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-2 (Central Business District) and taken
from District M-1 (General Industrial District).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
