granting a variance from the Subdivision Regulations regarding sidewalk construction on the east side of Wyatt Lane, adjacent to Lot 8 of Deer Ridge Subdivision Plat 1; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council grants a variance from the requirements of Section 25-48 of the Subdivision Regulations so that sidewalks shall not be required on the east side of Wyatt Lane, adjacent to Lot 8 of Deer Ridge Subdivision Plat 1.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
