rezoning property located on the north side of West Broadway (State Route TT) and east
Silvey Street from District R-3 to District O-P; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of
ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and adopted
by Section 29-4 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A tract of land located in the south half of Section 9, Township 48 North, Range 13
Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being part of lot 1 of Smithton Ridge Plat 4 as recorded in
plat book 34, page 53 and being more particular described as follows:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, SMITHTON RIDGE PLAT 4
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 53; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
SAID LOT, N 84º 30 35 W, 119.57 FEET TO A RIGHT OF WAY MARKER AT STATION
73+00 ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROUTE TT; THENCE
CONTINUING ALONG SAID LINE, N 76º 17 55 W, 199.69 FEET; CONTINUING ALONG
SAID LINE, N 87º 22 05 W, 214.98 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE CONTINUING ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1, N 87º 22 05 W, 9.86
TO THE RIGHT OF WAY MARKER AT STATION 77+24.9 ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF
WAY LINE OF STATE ROUTE TT; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID LINE N 73º 54

FEET; THENCE LEAVING THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1, N 01º 57 20 E, 96.53 FEET;

will be rezoned and become a part of District O-P (Planned Office District) and taken
District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Residential District). Hereafter the property may
be used for all permitted uses in District O-1.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
