AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, sidewalk, street, underground electric and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Berin Properties, LLC, dated October 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Greenwing Development, LLC, dated January 14, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Roy M. and Tina R. Hombs, dated December 21, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
