AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Christian Fellowship Church of Columbia, Missouri, Inc., dated March 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from McClaren Construction, Inc., dated March 8, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Virtual Realty, LLC, dated March 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Virtual Realty, L.L.C., dated March 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Walters Acquisitions, Inc., dated February 17, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for street and utility purposes from AHJ, LLC, dated February 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Christian Fellowship Church of Columbia, Missouri, Inc., dated March 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from PGS Development, LLC, dated February 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, dated July 26, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Post Development, LLC, dated January 28, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Virtual Realty, L.L.C., dated March 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Walters Acquisitions, Inc., dated February 17, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
