AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the north side of Richland Road and on the south side of St. Charles Road from District R-1 to Districts R-2, R-3, O-1 and C-1; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri. Tract is further described as follows:

Starting at the southeast corner of Section 9; thence N 00°00'05"E, 643.75; thence S 89°50'45"W, 1150.42 feet; thence N 00°00'05"E, 400.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00°00'05"E, 713.75 feet to the center of St. Charles Road; thence along the center of St. Charles Road, S 68°43'00"W, 164.15 feet; thence S 51°08'15"W, 1046.73 feet; thence N 89°50'45"E, 967.97 feet to the point of beginning and containing 8.53 acres.

will be rezoned and become a part of District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District) and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 2.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri. Tract is further described as follows:

will be rezoned and become a part of District R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling District) and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 3.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri. Tract is further described as follows:

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-1 (Intermediate Business District) and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 5.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri. Tract is further described as follows:

Starting at the southwest corner of Section 10; thence along the south line of Section 10, N 89°33'45"E, 343.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 89°33'45"E, 500.00 feet; thence N 00°00'05"E, 833.60 feet; thence N 85°35'50"W, 501.47 feet; thence S 00°00'05"W, 875.90 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9.81 acres.

will be rezoned and become a part of District O-1 (Office District) and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 6.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri. Tract is further described as follows:

Starting at the southwest corner of Section 10; thence along the south line of Section 10, N 89°33'45"E, 843.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 89°33'45"E, 500.00 feet; thence N 00°03'55"W, 791.35 feet; thence N 85°35'50"W, 500.53 feet; thence S 00°00'05"W, 833.60 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9.32 acres.

will be rezoned and become a part of District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District) and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 7.    All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 8.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
