AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the east side of North Tenth Street (316 North Tenth Street) from District R-3 to District C-2; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

The South half (S1/2) of Lot No. Nine (9) Otto Place, a Subdivision of Lots No. 5 and 6 and part of Lots No. 9 and 10 in Harbison’s First Addition to Columbia, Missouri, recorded in Book 2572 at Page 104 of the records of Boone County, Missouri.

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-2 (Central Business District) and taken away from District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
