AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Amolak Singh and Kuljit K. Sandhu, dated March 2, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Daniel Turban and Patricia L. White, dated March 31, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer purposes from Breakthrough Construction, Inc., dated March 13, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Broadway Business Park, Inc., dated March 15, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Margaret Easley, Trustee, dated September 13, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for street purposes from Rabbit Ears, LLC, dated April 28, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Relax Investments Inc., dated April 14, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
