Section 106-311; Ord. 18541; Approving the Planned Unit Development Plan of Bristol Lake Tract 2; granting variances to the Subdivision Regulations

AN ORDINANCE

approving the Planned Unit Development Plan of Bristol Lake Tract 2; granting variances to the Subdivision Regulations; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the Planned Unit Development Plan of Bristol Lake Tract 2, dated May 2, 2005, located on the north side of Gans Road, west of U.S. Highway 63.

    SECTION 2.    Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-25(a)(1) of the Subdivision Regulations so that only 74.12 acres of subdivider’s property shall be included on the preliminary plat.

    SECTION 3.    Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-48.1 of the Subdivision Regulations so that five foot sidewalks shall be required only on one side of Rutherford Drive west of Wyndham Drive, Carlisle Court north of Billingsly Drive and Bristol Lake Drive west of Rutherford Drive.

    SECTION 4.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
