AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Open Heart Fellowship, Inc., dated May 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Open Heart Fellowship, Inc., dated May 23, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from CenterState Properties, LLC, dated April 28, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Broadway Business Park, Inc., dated March 15, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC, dated May 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC, dated May 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC, dated May 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Robert G. Craig and Sandra F. Robinson, dated May 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from J. Quinn Bellmer, dated May 11, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
