AN ORDINANCE

vacating utility easements in conjunction with the proposed Final Plat of Broadway Bluffs Subdivision; directing the City Clerk to have a copy of this ordinance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council finds and determines that certain utility easements, more particularly described as follows:

The ten (10) foot wide utility easement, dedicated by the plat of Hoeper Subdivision, plat recorded in plat book 20 page 78, being the southerly 10 feet of Lot 1 Hoeper Subdivision, plat recorded in plat book 20 page 78 of the Boone County records.

A 20 foot wide strip of land, part of the northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 48 North, Range 12 West; the south line of which is described as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the north right-of-way line of State Route WW with the west line of the Trimble Subdivision, Plat 1, as described in Plat Book 11 at page 68 of the Records of Boone County, Missouri; thence westward with said north right-of-way line for 1,190 feet, more or less, to the east right-of-way line of St. Charles Road.

A 20 foot wide strip of land, along the south edge of the Trimble Subdivision, Plat 1, in the northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, as described in Plat Book 11 at page 68 of the Records of Boone County, Missouri; the south line of which is described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the north right-of-way line of State Route WW with the east line of said subdivision; thence westward for 182 feet, more of less, along said north right-of-way line to the west line of said subdivision.

are in excess and surplus to the needs of the City and are hereby vacated.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
