AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, sidewalk, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Campus Lodge of Columbia, LTD, dated May 18, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Double R Squared, Inc., dated June 2, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Rabbit Ears, LLC, dated May 27, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Jeffrey E. Smith Development, Inc., dated April 29, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Stephen F. and Sherry Wendling, dated May 5, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from 3100 Rock Quarry, L.L.C., dated May 17, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
