AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, utility, sidewalk and street purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Mastermark Builders, Inc., dated June 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from PGS Development, LLC, dated July 13, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
