AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Bookstore Acquisition, LLC, dated July 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from GAP Properties, LLC, dated July 29, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Most & P III, LLC, dated July 27, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Tom R. and Barb Kochtanek, dated July 29, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Bert F. and Linda Thomas and Frank and Paula Thomas, dated August 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Frank Thomas Construction Company, Inc., dated August 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from McVey Construction, LLC, dated July 27, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Homeview Developments, LLC, dated July 27, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground utility purposes from JMR, LLC, dated August 3, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
