AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from L K Development, LLC, dated August 16, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Holliday Construction Co., Inc. and Steven D. and Jacqueline K. March, dated June 24, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Otto and Stella Maly, dated August 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from James Pounds Construction, LLC, dated August 23, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground utility purposes from AMW Properties LLC, dated August 4, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for street lighting purposes from Dorothy R. Allen, dated August 9, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Stadium Plaza Shopping Center, LLC, dated August 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Furniture Row USA, LLC, dated August 11, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from TKG Grindstone LLC, dated June 30, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
