AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Post Development, LLC, dated September 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Clark Lane Development Company, dated July 14, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Stephen Herigon Construction, Inc., dated September 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Missouri Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, dated September 13, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Louise L. Schmidt, Trustee, dated September 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Steven Fletcher, dated September 21, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
