AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the south side of West Worley Street, east of Clinkscales Road from District R-2 to District PUD-6.5; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

The East Half (E1/2) of Lot  Fourteen (14); and the West Half (W1/2) of Lot Fifteen (15), except the North Two Hundred (200) feet; all in Block Four (4) in Hunthill, a subdivision of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section eleven (11) and the East Twenty (20) feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), all in township Forty-eight (48), Range Thirteen (13) in Boone County, Missouri, as same appears upon the recorded plat of said Subdivision.

will be rezoned and become a part of District PUD-6.5 (Planned Unit Development) with a development density not exceeding 6.5 dwelling units per acre and taken away from District R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling District).  Hereafter the property may be used for two duplex buildings.  The statement of intent submitted by applicant, marked “Exhibit A” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
