AN ORDINANCE
accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Breakthrough Construction, Inc., dated October 11, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric purposes from John M. Gordon, Trustee of the John M. Gordon Trust, Rock Ivy L.L.L.P., Boone County National Bank, Trustee of the Thomas Kyle Gordon Trust and Thomas Kyle Gordon, dated October 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for access purposes from John M. Gordon, Trustee of the John M. Gordon Trust, Rock Ivy L.L.L.P., Boone County National Bank, Trustee of the Thomas Kyle Gordon Trust and Thomas Kyle Gordon, dated October 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
