A RESOLUTION

authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with various social service agencies; and prescribing the form and content of the agreements.  

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements for program services with the social service agencies listed in "Exhibit A."

    SECTION 2.    The form and content of the agreement with each social service agency shall substantially follow the general form set forth in "Exhibit B" and shall conform to the proposal submitted by the social service agency in its request for funding and to the amount listed for the particular social service agency in "Exhibit A."

SECTION 3.    The agreements with the following agencies:

    Boys and Girls Clubs of the Columbia Area
    Boys and Girls Town of Missouri

    Central Missouri Food Bank Network
    Centro Latino
    CHA Low-Income Services, Inc.
    Columbia Public Schools
    Community Garden Coalition
    Community Playground Inc. (Fun City)
    Comprehensive Human Services - The Shelter
    Destiny of H.O.P.E.
    Eldercare Center
    Family Counseling Center
