AN ORDINANCE

vacating unbuilt street right-of-way and easements within Oak Forest Subdivision Block I; directing the City Clerk to have a copy of this ordinance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council finds and determines that certain unbuilt street right-of-way and easements, more particularly described as follows:

Oak Forest Drive Right-of-Way
A strip of land 50 (fifty) feet wide located in the northwest quarter of Section 30 T48N R12W, in Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being the right-of-way of Oak Forest Drive, which was dedicated by the plat of Oak Forest Subdivision Block I (revised), recorded in plat book 7 page 35 of the Boone County records.

Temporary Easement for Road Turn-A-Round
A circular tract of land having a radius of 50 (fifty) feet, located in the northwest quarter of Section 30 T48N R12W, in Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being the  temporary easement for road  turn-a-round which was dedicated by the plat of Oak Forest Subdivision Block I (revised), recorded in plat book 7 page 35 of the Boone County records

8 (Eight) Foot Wide Utility Easements
Three strips of land 8 (eight) feet wide located in the northwest quarter of Section 30 T48N R12W, in Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being the 8 (eight) foot utility easements, which were dedicated by the plat of Oak Forest Subdivision Block I (revised), and located along the north line of Lots 1 through 9, the west line of Lot 1, and the west line of Lot 21 of said plat.

20 (Twenty) Foot Wide Sewer Easement
A strip of land 20 (twenty) feet wide located in the northwest quarter of Section 30 T48N R12W, in Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being the 20 (twenty) foot utility easement recorded in book 432 page 91, of the Boone County Records.

are in excess and surplus to the needs of the City and are hereby vacated.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
