AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Sandra K. Knight, dated August 23, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from the Joanne Shell Declaration of Trust, dated September 7, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Quail Creek West LLC, dated November 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from B & E Investment, Inc., dated October 10, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer purposes from the Conservation Commission of the State of Missouri, dated August 8, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
