Ordinance No. 18864 Council Bill No. B 8-06

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Pate-Jones Construction, Inc., dated December 12, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from E & N Holdings LLC, dated December 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Mitchell J. Moore and Sharon L. Campbell, dated December 20, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
