Ordinance No. 18871                            Council Bill No. B 16-06

     AN ORDINANCE

approving the C-P Development Plan of Exchange Bank; determining that the elevation plans of the proposed bank are consistent with that presented when the development plan of Village Square was approved; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the CP Development Plan of Exchange Bank, dated December 23, 2005 located on the northeast corner of Club Village Drive and Nifong Boulevard.

  

    SECTION 2.    The City Council determines that the elevation plans marked “Exhibit A” and attached to this ordinance are reasonably and substantially consistent with the architectural style, appearance, design and roof line and will contain substantially the same type of building components as the drawing and description of the building shown on “Attachment A” of Ordinance No. 015932 which approved the Development Plan of Village Square.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
