rezoning property located on the northwest corner of Park Avenue and North Ninth
N. Ninth Street) from District R-3 to District O-P; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of
ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map
established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A parcel of land described by warranty deed recorded in Deed Book 473, Page 735 of
County, Missouri Records, being the East half of Lot 7 of Conley s Subdivision of Lots 7 and 8
of Wilson s First Addition, as shown and described in plat recorded in Deed Book 84, Page 489
of Boone County, Missouri Records, situate in the southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 48
North, Range 13 West, Except the part deeded to Park Avenue by Grant of Easement, as
described in Deed Book 650, Page 59 of the Boone County, Missouri Records in the City of
Columbia, Boone County, Missouri. Known and numbered 301 North 9th Street, Columbia,
will be rezoned and become a part of District O-P (Planned Office District) and taken
District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple Family Dwelling District). Hereafter the property may
be used for residential apartments and offices for professional and business use involving the sale
or provision of services, but not for the sale or rental of goods. The statement of intent, marked
AExhibit A,@ is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
