     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Somerset Properties, LLC, dated April 4, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from MU Association of Delta Gamma, dated March 22, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Boone Investment Corporation, dated March 15, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Most & P III, LLC, dated March 24, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Burnam Family Co., L.P., dated March 28, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from GAP Properties, LLC, dated March 31, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Copper Beech Townhome Communities Twenty, LLC, dated March 23, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from 3 Forums, LLC, dated March 24, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Deerco Partnership LP, dated April 4, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
