     AN ORDINANCE

approving the Final Plat of Vanderveen Crossing, Plat No. 14a, a Replat of Lot 942 of Vanderveen Crossing, Plat No. 14, a major subdivision; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; granting a variance from the Subdivision Regulations regarding direct driveway access on Blue Ridge Road; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Vanderveen Crossing, Plat No. 14a, a Replat of Lot 942 of Vanderveen Crossing, Plat No. 14, dated January, 2006, a major subdivision located on the south side of Blue Ridge Road, east of the intersection of Snow Leopard Drive and Blue Ridge Road, containing approximately 31.36 acres in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

    SECTION 2.    The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all rightsofway and easements as dedicated upon the plat.

    SECTION 3.    Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirement of Section 25-53(4) of the Subdivision Regulations so that Lot 942A shall be allowed direct driveway access on Blue Ridge Road.

    SECTION 4.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
