     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Copper Beech Townhome Communities Twenty, LLC., dated March 6, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Copper Beech Townhome Communities Twenty, LLC., dated April 26, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Providence Road L.L.P., dated April 12, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC, dated April 7, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from KANCO LLC, dated March 24, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from KANCO LLC, dated March 24, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Steve Herigon Construction, Inc., dated April 7, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from ALL LLC, dated April 28, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from GAP Properties, LLC, dated April 28, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from J. David Baugher and Jacqueline Verdun, dated April 26, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
