    AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the southeast corner of Smith Street and Fay Street from District R-3 to District O-1; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, BEING DESCRIBED BY A PORTION OF THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 2879, PAGES 30 AND SHOWN AS THE WEST 120 FEET OF LOT 9, AND LOTS 10, 11, AND 12 OF TANDY’ S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, RECORDED IN BOOK 91, PAGE 387, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI.  SAID TRACT BEING APPROXIMATELY 0.86-ACRE.

will be rezoned and become a part of District O-1 (Office District) and taken away from District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 2.    All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
