     AN ORDINANCE

vacating street, utility, drainage and temporary construction easements in conjunction with the proposed extension of Southampton Drive; directing the City Clerk to have a copy of this ordinance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council finds and determines that certain street, utility, drainage and temporary construction easements, more particularly described as follows:

PERMANENT STREET EASEMENT

An irregular shaped parcel of land in the east part of a tract of land described in a trustee’ s deed in Book 729 at Page 327 of the Boone County Records; situate in the northeast quarter (1/4) of Section 36, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri; said parcel being described as follows:

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
