Section 107-500; Ord 19151; Approving the PUD development plan of Bay Hills Condos; allowing a reduction in the required perimeter setback

     AN ORDINANCE

approving the PUD development plan of Bay Hills Condos; allowing a reduction in the required perimeter setback; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the PUD development plan of Bay Hills Condos, dated May, 2006, located on the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection of Grace Lane and Pebble Beach Drive.  The revised statement of intent submitted by applicant, marked “Exhibit A” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance and replaces the statement of intent attached to Ordinance No. 18394 passed on February 7, 2005.

    SECTION 2.    The City Council approves less stringent yard requirements than those set forth in Section 29-10(d)(7) to allow a reduced perimeter setback along the north and west sides of Lot 83 and along the south side of Lot 84.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
