repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this
ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map
established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 48 North,
West, in Columbia, Boone County, Missouri and being a part of Tract 1 of a survey recorded in
Book 2591 at Page 24 of said county records and being further described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 14 as shown by said survey;
along Quarter Section Line of said Section, N89°50 05E, 1526.30 feet; thence leaving
quarter section line, S00°32 50E, 348.98 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence from the point of beginning 83.36 feet along a 1000-foot radius curve to the
curve having a chord S01°50 30W, 83.34 feet; thence S04°13 50W, 378.46
feet; thence 41.75
feet along a 1000-foot radius curve to the left, said curve having a chord S03°02 00W,
feet; thence S01°50 10W, 111.36 feet; thence 33.87 feet along a 20.00-foot radius curve
right, said curve having a chord S50°21 20W, 29.97 feet; thence 133.29 feet along a
575.00-foot radius curve to the left, said curve having a chord S87°46 00E, 132.99 feet;
N85°35 30E, 92.97 feet; thence N4°05 10W, 459.75 feet; thence 217.30
along a 150.00-foot
radius curve to the right, said curve having a chord N42°03 00W, 198.79 feet; thence
50W, 24.66 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 1.99 acres.
will be rezoned and become a part of District PUD-4.2 (Planned Unit Development)
development density not exceeding 4.2 dwelling units per acre and taken away from District R-1
(One-Family Dwelling District). Hereafter the property may be used for single family attached
units assembled in duplex structures, single family attached units in townhouse structures
assembled in two to four units per structure, and single family detached units, or a combination
of the above. The statement of intent submitted by applicant, marked AExhibit A@ is attached
to and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
