Section 107-589; Ord. 19220; Accepting conveyances for utility purposes

     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Property Investments, Inc., dated March 17, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Millennium  Construction Concepts, LLC, dated August 22, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Patrick J. and Mary Del Eng and Matthew B. Woods, dated August 18, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Crazy Music Properties, LLC, dated August 18, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Dennison Enterprises, LLC, dated August 18, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Robert H. and Sheri L. Hines, the Robert Hines Revocable Trust and the Barbara Hines Revocable Trust, dated August 10, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
