     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for temporary construction, drainage, sewer, sidewalk, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Agreement for temporary construction easement from Nancy Anne Castle, dated August 11, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
