     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Glen Bear Construction, LLC, dated September 12, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Mayfair Property Investments, LLC, dated September 22, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Crown Center Farms, Inc., dated August 29, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Dyarl E. and Kay A. Lewis, dated September 29, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from THF Grindstone Plaza Development, LLC, dated October 3, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from 3507 Oakland, LLC, dated December 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Harold E. and Patricia A. Harmon, dated September 8, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Temporary Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Harold E. and Patricia A. Harmon, dated September 8, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
