     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Holliday Construction Co., Inc., dated October 16, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Madison Park Investments, LLC, dated October 17, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Wynfield Development Corp., dated October 19, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from THF Grindstone Development, LLC, dated October 23, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from 1111 N College, LLC, dated October 5, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Gary E. and Joyce E. Grossnickle, dated October 6, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Elizabeth A. and Kevin K. Allemann, dated October 23, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from Greenwing Development, LLC, dated October 19, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from BoCoMo Enterprises, LLC, dated September 28, 2006, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
