     AN ORDINANCE

appropriating funds from The Missouri Foundation for Health grant relating to the 2006 Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Initiative –  Community Grants for Workplace Programs; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.    The sum of $116,963.00 is hereby appropriated from the Health Administration Revenues Account No. 110-3010-480.43-00 GMFDTC to the following accounts:
