Council Bill No. R 6-07

     A RESOLUTION

authorizing an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services relating to the reconfiguration of eight intersections to enhance pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular travel and safety.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services relating to the reconfiguration of the following eight intersections:

    Forum Boulevard and Stadium Boulevard

    Providence Road and Stadium Boulevard

    Providence Road and Stewart Road

    Providence Road and Green Meadows Road

    Providence Road and Business Loop 70

    Garth Avenue and Business Loop 70

    College Avenue and Rogers Street

    Providence Road and Rollins Road

to enhance pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular travel and safety.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
