     AN ORDINANCE

approving the Final Plat of Dysart’ s Subdivision Plat 1, a Replat of Lot 1 and Part of Lot 2 of Dysarts Addition to Columbia; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; granting a variance from the Subdivision Regulations regarding street right-of-way width; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Dysart’ s Subdivision Plat 1, a Replat of Lot 1 and Part of Lot 2 of Dysarts Addition to Columbia, dated December 14, 2006, a subdivision located on the northwest corner of Washington Avenue and Dysart Street, containing approximately 0.40 acre in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

    SECTION 2.    The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all rightsofway and easements as dedicated upon the plat.

    SECTION 3.    Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-43(1) of the Subdivision Regulations so that dedication of additional right-of-way shall not be required along the Dysart Street frontage.

    SECTION 4.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
