Ordinance No. 19387                            Council Bill No. B 15-07

     AN ORDINANCE

amending the FY 2007 Pay Plan and Classification Plan to downgrade the public communications officer position; amending the FY 2007 Annual Budget to change a position in Public Communications –  The City Channel; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The FY 2007 Pay Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 019229 and the Classification Plan are amended by downgrading the public communications officer position as follows:

    9921    Public Communications Officer    Grade 22 to Grade 20    OT Exempt

    

    SECTION 2.    The authorized personnel provisions of the FY 2007 budget in Public Communications –  The City Channel are amended to change the .75 videographer position to a 1.0 graphic artist position.  

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
