     AN ORDINANCE

accepting a donation from TSN Sportscentre for the purchase of digital cameras and equipment for the Police Department; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby accepts a $4,673.70 donation from TSN Sportscentre, at the request of Carl Edwards, for the purchase of digital cameras and equipment for the Police Department.

SECTION 2.    The sum of $4,673.70 is hereby appropriated from the Donations/Gift Fund Account No. 753-8500-480.53-21 to the Instruments and Apparatus Account No. 110-2120-511.14-70.

SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
