     A RESOLUTION

accepting vehicles donated by The National Insurance Crime Bureau and Shelter Mutual Insurance Company through the Columbia Police Foundation to be used by the Police Department in a proactive auto theft program.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City accepts one (1) 2001 passenger car donated by The National Insurance Crime Bureau and one (1) 2003 passenger car donated by Shelter Mutual Insurance Company through the Columbia Police Foundation to be used by the Police Department in a proactive auto theft program (“Bait Car Program”).
