Ordinance No. 19400                            Council Bill No. B 29-07

     AN ORDINANCE

changing the name of the east/west portion of Frontgate Drive to Blue Hollow Drive; directing the City Clerk to record a certified copy of this ordinance; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    WHEREAS, all property owners of record abutting the east/west portion of Frontgate Drive have signed a petition requesting that the name of Frontgate Drive be changed to Blue Hollow Drive.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The name of the east/west portion of Frontgate Drive is changed to Blue Hollow Drive.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance for recording with the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
