     AN ORDINANCE

appropriating funds to the Street Division FY 2007 operating budget to offset expenditures for snow removal; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The sum of $166,791.00 is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Management State Grant Revenue Account No. 110-3810-462.10-00, E-FEMA to the Street Operating Budget Account No. 110-6022-521.49-90.

SECTION 2.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
