     AN ORDINANCE

authorizing an agreement with Cook, Flatt & Strobel Engineers, P.A. for engineering services relating to the Route 740 (Stadium Boulevard) improvement project; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Cook, Flatt & Strobel Engineers, P.A. for engineering services relating to the Route 740 (Stadium Boulevard) improvement project.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.    The sum of $1,769,314.39 is hereby appropriated from the Stadium TDD Revenue Account No. 440-0000-464.10-00, C00317 to the Stadium TDD Project Account No. 440-8800-5283.40-23, C00317.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
