     AN ORDINANCE

approving a revision to the PUD development plan of Bethel Ridge; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Council hereby approves the revision to the PUD development plan of Bethel Ridge, dated October 3, 2007.  The property is located on the west side of Santiago Drive, south of Granada Boulevard and contains approximately 2.91 acres.  This revision allows for a reduced perimeter setback of 20 feet along the southern property line to accommodate 23 future automobile parking spaces.

    SECTION 2.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
