Council Bill No. R 295-08

     A RESOLUTION

authorizing agreements for FY 2009 Public Communications Program funding; transferring funds.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Columbia School District for Public Communications Program funding for the Post Production for Eco School House, the Documentary.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Columbia Access Television (CAT-TV) for Public Communications Program funding for the Community Perspectives on Child and Adult Obesity project.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.    At the request of the City Manager, the City Council hereby transfers $20,000.00 from Account No. 110-8500-590.56-95 to Account No. 675-0940-444.89-00 and Account No. 675-0910-601.49-90 for the Public Communications Department City Streamline project.
