Section 110-005; Ord. 20158 - Accepting conveyances for street, utility, drainage and sewer purposes

     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for street, utility, drainage and sewer purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for street purposes from Second Sight Investments, LLC, dated July 9, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Premier Land Holdings, L.L.C., dated June 5, 2007, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Premier Land Holdings, L.L.C., dated June 5, 2007, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Richard P. Starke, dated September 24, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Premier Land Holdings, L.L.C., dated June 8, 2007, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Warnken Properties VI, LLC, dated November 5, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Steve Herigon Construction, Inc., dated September 25, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from The Curators of the University of Missouri, dated July 30, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from the Harr Family Revocable Trust, dated November 20, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
