     AN ORDINANCE

authorizing an airport aid agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an airport aid agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.    The sum of $81,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 554-0000-461.10-00, GAPPRM and $9,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Retained Earnings Account No. 554-0000-351.01-00 to the Airport Promotion Account No. 554-6210-650.43-10, GAPPRM.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
