establishing Columbia, Missouri Sanitary Sewer District No. 166 along Thompson Road;
fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. There is hereby created
a sanitary sewer district to be known and designated as
Columbia Sewer District No. 166, located in Section 34, Township 49 North, Range 12 West, all
being a part of the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. Columbia, Missouri Sewer
District No. 166 shall consist of the following land:
Three parcels of land in the west half (½) of the northwest quarter (¼)
of the northeast quarter
(¼) of Section 34, Township 49 North, Range 12 West; situate in the City of Columbia (one
parcel has not been annexed), Boone County, Missouri; said parcels being described as follows:
BEGINNING on the centerline of a road at the southwest corner of Tract 2 of a Survey
recorded in Book 392 at Page 581 of the Boone County Records; thence along the west line of
said tract N.0°00 E., 438.3 feet to the northwest corner of said tract and the southwest corner
Tract 1 of said survey; thence along the south line of said Tract 1 N.90°00 E., 264.1 feet;
continuing along the lines of said Tract 1 S.0°00 E., 97.2 feet; N.64°30 E., 224.4
feet to the
southeast corner of said Tract 1; thence along the extension of the east line of said Tract 1
S.0°00 E., 215.1 feet to the centerline of said road at the southeast corner of a tract of
described in a warranty deed in Book 2581 at Page 143 of said Boone County Records and on the
extension of the south
line of said Tract 2; thence along the lines of said deed and said extension S.64°30 W., 517.0
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described Sewer District contains 3.28 acres.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
