Council Bill No. R 39-09

     A RESOLUTION

transferring control of the Old Perche Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant property from the Public Works Department to the Parks and Recreation Department; transferring funds.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    Control of the Old Perche Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant property consisting of 101.87 acres located west of Strawn Road south of Interstate 70 is transferred from the Public Works Department to the Parks and Recreation Department.

    SECTION 2.    At the request of the City Manager, the City Council hereby transfers $150,000.00 from Account No. 440-8800-548.49-90, Project 40145 to Account No. 555-0000-480.10-00.
